RMA process and explanation
- AGL provides 1 year product manufacturer’s warranty from the date of shipment from AGL to the customers. For any non-conformance or defects caused by AGL’s manufacturing processes, AGL will provide repair or replacement without labor and material charges.
- Goods can be returned only after we contact you with an RMA number and delivery address. The RMA No. must be written on the parcel outside and on accompanying paperwork, please.
- Transport costs to AGL must be paid by your side by first.
- In the event of the RMA goods being covered by our warranty, they will be repaired & returned to you at our expense.
- The goods must be received in our warehouse within 30 calendar days of the RMA number being issued.
- If any goods returned via an RMA are determined to be outside the provisions of the product warranty, we will contact you to seek your approval for the cost of repairs to these items.
